Sam ran the St. George marathon in October and he did awesome! He trained really hard all summer, I don't know how he stayed motivated. He woke up at 5am every Saturday morning to do his long runs. I was not jealous!

Go Sam! That was a fun day watching him run. I am trying to muster the courage to do it again with him next year!
